The climbing weight limit is a minimum 17 kg – max 115 kg. The participant must fit in the harness/equipment to be able to participate in the activity as per instructor’s discretion.

This ticket gives you beginner’s access for 60 mins to 3 walls (Level 1) - supervised access to Bouldering Wall, Beginner Wall, and/or Intermediate Wall Experience. You must be 4 years old or over to participate in this experience and must meet the safety and physical ability requirements set out by us. Please note that the 60 minutes experience should be consumed within one session.
Please bring a print out of this e-ticket with you and proceed to the main reception. We reserve the right to verify your identity, so please bring original government issued photo ID, or the credit card you used to purchase the ticket.
For a smooth experience, please note the following:
Please report to the Attraction’s reception, at least 30 minutes before your scheduled start time of your climbing session;
This experience is only valid on the date and at the time set out above;
If you miss your scheduled slot, or are late, you will lose your entitlement and will not be entitled to a refund;
Please wear suitable clothing for the activity (sports attire and shoes). You will need to wear a harness over your clothes

All participants must undergo a safety briefing and and follow instructions of our instructors at all times.
Government issued photo ID may be required as proof of age;
You may not bring food or drinks into the Attraction (1 litre of bottled water is permitted);
You must at all times adhere to UAE morals and/or cultural values during your visit to the Attraction;
Participation is at your sole risk and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss, injury or damage sustained in the Attraction;

Flying experience is safe for ages 3 and above, for children's safety, helmets are provided in various sizes. If your child is under 6 years old, please confirm sizing with our team before your session.
A weight limit of 115 kg applies to indoor sky diving experiences. If a person flying is greater than 115kg, it is up to the instructor’s discretion whether that person can fly.

The length of your whole experience is approximately 90 mins which includes check-in, gearing up, training and safety briefing and your flight.
