You have purchased bulk time credit for your account. Please book in your flights in accordance with the procedure below. Please note that when you redeem your entitlement, we reserve the right to verify your identity, so please bring original government issued photo ID, or the credit card you used to purchase the credit

Miral Experiences LLC is the operator of CLYMB™ Abu Dhabi (the “Attraction”). Your participation in the experience and entry into the Attraction is subject to specific product terms and conditions, our general terms and conditions and those set out below:

You have purchased bulk time credit. The number of minutes you have purchased are set out above.

• You can book your sessions online, or via our call centre. Walk-in appointments may also be possible. Bookings are subject to availability.
• We recommend you arrive 30 minutes before your flight time. If you miss your slot, or are late, you will lose your entitlement and will not be entitled to a refund;
• If you have booked bulk time and you are not an experienced flyer, you must pay the difference between the bulk time rate and the First Time Flyer rate or your experience will be cancelled and you won’t be entitled to a refund;
• Validity: you must use all your credit before the expiry date above. Any remaining unused credit after this time will expire, with no compensation
• It is a condition of participation that you sign (or if you are aged 17 or under, your parent or legal guardian signs) the disclaimer form. All participants must undergo a safety briefing;
• Government issued photo ID may be required as proof of age;
• You must at all times adhere to UAE morals and/or cultural values during your visit to the Attraction;

• You may not bring food or drinks into the Attraction (1 litre of bottled water is permitted);
• You may reschedule your booking, subject to availability, provided you inform us at least 48 hours in advance, by calling +971 600 511115. Rescheduling a booking with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to additional charges;
• This ticket is non-exchangeable and non-refundable and is void if altered or damaged;
• Participation is at your sole risk and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss, injury or damage sustained in the Attraction;
• You may reschedule your booking at no additional cost, provided you inform us at least 48 hours in advance, by calling +971 600 511115; Re-booking is subject to availability. Rescheduling your booking with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a charge;
• Only third parties specifically authorised by us in writing may re-sell or transfer this ticket. Tickets purchased fraudulently, or from an unauthorised third party are void, so please only purchase tickets from reputable sources;
• In exceptional circumstances we may need to amend or cancel your booking. If we cancel your booking, you will be entitled to a refund for the cost of this product (our sole liability to you will be a full refund of the product price you paid). If you purchased this product from a third party, your refund request must be processed via that third party;
• By booking the experience you confirm you meet the participation conditions set out on our website. You understand that if we later find out you do not meet the participation conditions, your experience will be cancelled, and you will not be entitled to a refund;
• You may use your own equipment, at your sole risk;
• We may deny admission or remove you from the Attraction at our discretion. The Attraction employs professional instructors who reserve the right to end an experience if they believe the participant may endanger themselves or other members of the public;
• The Attraction is fully inclusive and welcomes people of determination. If any member of your group has specific requirements it is vital that we receive at least 24 hours advance notice, so we can adjust the experience where necessary;
