Miral Experiences LLC is the operator of CLYMB™ Abu Dhabi (the “Attraction”). Your participation in the experience and entry into the Attraction is subject to specific product terms and conditions, our general terms and conditions and those set out below:
You have purchased a single day Level 2 climbing course on bouldering and autobelaying. The course will last approximately 4.5 hours, including a 30 minute break.
If you have booked in your session; the following terms apply:
- This experience is only valid on the date and at the time set out above. If you miss your slot, or are late, you will lose your entitlement and will not be entitled to a refund;
- Please bring a print out of this e-ticket with you and proceed to the main reception, 30 minutes before your scheduled start time. We reserve the right to verify your identity, so please bring original government issued photo ID, or the credit card you used to purchase the ticket
If you haven’t booked in your session, the following terms apply>
- You can book your sessions online, or by calling +971 600 511115. Bookings are subject to availability.
- You must book in and redeem your session within 12 months of issuance, or your entitlement will expire, without compensation.
Voucher Terms:
- You must be 13 years old or over to participate in this experience (9-12 year olds may participate, but only when supervised by a ‘skill checked’ adult aged 18 or over, who is also participating in the experience) .
- Guests aged 12 and below are not permitted to belay.
- You cannot share the entitlement with others.

- Please wear suitable clothing for the activity (sports attire and shoes). You will need to wear a harness over your clothes
- It is a condition of participation that you sign (or if you are aged 17 or under, your parent or legal guardian signs) the disclaimer form. All participants must undergo a safety briefing;
- Government issued photo ID may be required as proof of age;
- You may not bring food or drinks into the Attraction (1 litre of bottled water is permitted);
- You must at all times adhere to UAE morals and/or cultural values during your visit to the Attraction;
- You may reschedule your booking at no additional cost, provided you inform us at least 48 hours in advance, by calling +971 600 511115; Re-booking is subject to availability. Rescheduling your booking with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a charge. If you reschedule your booking, you will need to wait for the next available course.
- This ticket is non-exchangeable and non-refundable and is void if altered or damaged;
- Only third parties specifically authorised by us in writing may re-sell or transfer this ticket. Tickets purchased fraudulently, or from an unauthorised third party are void, so please only purchase tickets from reputable sources;
- Participation is at your sole risk and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss, injury or damage sustained in the Attraction;
- Access to the walls is subject to availability.
- In exceptional circumstances we may need to amend or cancel your booking. If we cancel your booking, you will be entitled to a refund for the cost of this product (our sole liability to you will be a full refund of the product price you paid). If you purchased this product from a third party, your refund request must be processed via that third party;
- By purchasing the experience you confirm you meet the participation conditions set out on our website. You understand that if we later find out you do not meet the participation conditions, your experience will be cancelled, and you will not be entitled to a refund;
- Supervised climbers must wear safety equipment provided by us; this is mandatory and there are no exceptions;
- We may deny admission or remove you from the Attraction at our discretion. The Attraction employs professional instructors who reserve the right to end an experience if they believe the participant may endanger themselves or other members of the public;
- The Attraction is fully inclusive and welcomes people of determination. If you have specific requirements it is vital that we receive at least 24 hours advance notice, so we can adjust the experience where necessary;
