This ticket is the property of Miral Experiences LLC, the operator of CLYMB™ Abu Dhabi (the “Attraction”). Your participation in the experience and entry into the Attraction is subject to specific product terms and conditions, our general terms and conditions and those set out below:
The category of your ticket is set out above. You have access to the climbing walls for the amount of time set out below, for the product you have purchased. The walls you have access to depend
on the type of ticket you have purchased (and are all subject to availability):
Experienced Climbers:
- Half Day Access – 5 walls: Unsupervised access for half day during our operational hours. You must be 14 years old or over to participate in this experience. Some walls may not be available to you: access depends on your self-declared skill level (verified by our certified instructors). You require a partner to do top rope or lead climbing.
- 30 minutes before your scheduled start time, please report to reception.
- This experience is only valid on the date and at the time set out above;
- If you miss your slot, or are late, you will lose your entitlement and will not be entitled to a refund;
- Please wear suitable clothing for the activity (sports attire and shoes). You will need to wear a harness over your clothes.
- It is a condition of participation that you sign (or if you are aged 17 or under, your parent or legal guardian signs) the disclaimer form. All participants must undergo a safety briefing;
- Government issued photo ID may be required as proof of age;

- You may not bring food or drinks into the Attraction (1 litre of bottled water is permitted);
- You must at all times adhere to UAE morals and/or cultural values during your visit to the Attraction;
- You may reschedule your booking, subject to availability, provided you inform us at least 48 hours in advance, by calling +971 600 511115. Rescheduling a booking with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to additional charges;
- This ticket is non-exchangeable and non-refundable and is void if altered or damaged;
- Only third parties specifically authorised by us in writing may re-sell or transfer this ticket. Tickets purchased fraudulently, or from an unauthorised third party are void, so please only purchase tickets from reputable sources;
- Participation is at your sole risk and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss, injury or damage sustained in the Attraction;
- In exceptional circumstances we may need to amend or cancel your booking. If we cancel your booking, you will be entitled to a refund for the cost of this product (our sole liability to you will be a full refund of the product price you paid). If you purchased this product from a third party, your refund request must be processed via that third party;
- By booking the experience you confirm you meet the participation conditions set out on our website. You understand that if we later find out you do not meet the participation conditions, your experience will be cancelled, and you will not be entitled to a refund;
- Beginner climbers must wear safety equipment provided by us; this is mandatory and there are no exceptions;
- Experienced climbers can use their own equipment, provided you confirm it is intended for climbing, fit for purpose, in good repair, and manufacturer-certified (as verified in our Equipment Check);
- We may deny admission or remove you from the Attraction at our discretion. The Attraction employs professional instructors who reserve the right to end an experience if they believe the participant may endanger themselves or other members of the public;
- The Attraction is fully inclusive and welcomes people of determination. If any member of your group has specific requirements it is vital that we receive at least 24 hours advance notice, so we can adjust the experience where necessary;
