Please book in your sessions in accordance with the procedure below. Please note that when you redeem your entitlement, we reserve the right to verify your identity, so please bring original government issued photo ID, or the credit card you used to purchase the experience.
Miral Experiences LLC, is operator of CLYMB™ Abu Dhabi (the “Attraction”). You have purchased a 10 day pass to the Attraction’s climbing walls. This gives you 10 x Day Access to our 5 walls: Unsupervised access for around four hours (may be reduced in accordance with operational requirements). You have a choice between two ‘half-day’ slots based on our schedule – please contact us to learn more. Unsupervised: You must be 13 years old or over to participate in this experience. When supervised by a ‘skill checked’ adult aged 18 or over: you must be 9 or over to participate in this experience. Some walls may not be available to you: access depends on your self-declared skill level (verified by our certified instructors). You require a partner to do top rope or lead climbing. Junior guests aged 9-12 may not belay.
Your participation in the experience and entry into the Attraction is subject to specific product terms and conditions, our general terms and conditions and those set out below:
- Prior reservation is required before your visit. You can book your sessions online, or via our call centre. Bookings are subject to availability;
- Your entitlement is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase;
- Please report to reception before your session to check in;
- This entitlement is only valid for the person named in the booking. You cannot share the entitlement with others. We reserve the right to request government issued photo ID as proof of identity;
- Please wear suitable clothing for the activity (sports attire and shoes). You will need to wear a harness over your clothes
- It is a condition of participation that you sign (or if you are aged 17 or under, your parent or legal guardian signs) the disclaimer form. All participants must undergo a safety briefing;
- Government issued photo ID may be required as proof of age;

- You may not bring food or drinks into the Attraction (1 litre of bottled water is permitted);
- You must at all times adhere to UAE morals and/or cultural values during your visit to the Attraction;
- You may reschedule your booking at no additional cost, provided you inform us at least 24 hours in advance, by calling +971 600 511115; Re-booking is subject to availability. Rescheduling your booking with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a charge;
- This ticket is non-exchangeable and non-refundable and is void if altered or damaged;
- Only third parties specifically authorised by us in writing may re-sell or transfer this ticket. Tickets purchased fraudulently, or from an unauthorised third party are void, so please only purchase tickets from reputable sources;
- Participation is at your sole risk and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss, injury or damage sustained in the Attraction;
- Access to the walls is subject to availability. You must give priority to guests on supervised experiences. You will not be able to access the Attraction during special events, blackout dates and days when it is closed to the general public. We recommend you check the website for updates when planning your visit;
- By purchasing the experience you confirm you meet the participation conditions set out on our website. You understand that if we later find out you do not meet the participation conditions, your experience will be cancelled, and you will not be entitled to a refund;
- Experienced climbers can use their own equipment, provided you confirm it is intended for climbing, fit for purpose, in good repair, and manufacturer-certified (as verified in our Equipment Check);
- We may deny admission or remove you from the Attraction at our discretion. The Attraction employs professional instructors who reserve the right to end an experience if they believe the participant may endanger themselves or other members of the public;
- The Attraction is fully inclusive and welcomes people of determination. If you have specific requirements it is vital that we receive at least 24 hours advance notice, so we can adjust the experience where necessary;
