• Certain walls can only be accessed using Top-Rope or Lead Climbing (Top-Rope and Lead Climbing requires a partner).
• Experienced climbers between the ages of 7 to 13 will be termed as Junior Climbers for Level 2 (Auto Belay and Bouldering), and climbers between the ages of 9 to 13 will be termed Junior Climbers for Level 3 and Level 4 ( Top-Rope and Lead). All junior climbers must be accompanied by an adult (above 18 years of age) experienced climber of the same level or higher.

You have purchased a 1-month climbing pass. Please print this and show to reception each time you visit CLYMB, along with original government issued photo ID. This confirmation is the property of Miral Experiences LLC, the operator of CLYMB™ Abu Dhabi (the “Attraction”). Your participation in the experience and entry into the Attraction is subject to specific product terms and conditions, our general terms and conditions and those set out below:

You have 1 months access to our 5 walls, which gives you unsupervised access to the walls during our operational hours. You must be 14 years old or over to participate in this experience. Some walls may not be available to you: access depends on your self-declared skill level (verified by our certified instructors). You require a partner to do top rope or lead climbing.

• Offer validity: 18 February 2026 to 18 March 2026
• Access is valid for 1 month from the date of purchase;
• Access is only valid for the person named above. We reserve the right to request government issued photo ID as proof of identity;
• Please wear suitable clothing for the activity (sports attire and shoes). You will need to wear a harness over your clothes
• It is a condition of participation that you sign (or if you are aged 17 or under, your parent or legal guardian signs) the disclaimer form. All participants must undergo a safety briefing;
• Government issued photo ID may be required as proof of age;
• You must at all times adhere to UAE morals and/or cultural values during your visit to the Attraction;
• You may not bring food or drinks into the Attraction (1 litre of bottled water is permitted);

• This ticket is non-exchangeable and non-refundable and is void if altered or damaged;
• Only third parties specifically authorised by us in writing may re-sell or transfer this ticket. Tickets purchased fraudulently, or from an unauthorised third party are void, so please only purchase tickets from reputable sources;
• Participation is at your sole risk and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss, injury or damage sustained in the Attraction;
• Access to the walls is subject to availability. You must give priority to guests on supervised experiences. You will not be able to access the Attraction during special events, blackout dates and days when it is closed to the general public. We recommend you check the website for updates when planning your visit;
• By booking the experience you confirm you meet the participation conditions set out on our website. You understand that if we later find out you do not meet the participation conditions, your experience will be cancelled, and you will not be entitled to a refund;
• Experienced climbers can use their own equipment, provided you confirm it is intended for climbing, fit for purpose, in good repair, and manufacturer-certified (as verified in our Equipment Check);
• We may deny admission or remove you from the Attraction at our discretion. The Attraction employs professional instructors who reserve the right to end an experience if they believe the participant may endanger themselves or other members of the public;
• The Attraction is fully inclusive and welcomes people of determination. If you have specific requirements it is vital that we receive at least 24 hours advance notice, so we can adjust the experience where necessary;

• Minutes purchased can be used until 30 April 2026
• You can book your sessions online, or via our call centre. Walk-in appointments may also be possible. Bookings are subject to availability.
• We recommend you arrive 30 minutes before your flight time. If you miss your slot, or are late, you will lose your entitlement and will not be entitled to a refund;
• If you have booked bulk time and you are not an experienced flyer, you must pay the difference between the bulk time rate and the First Time Flyer rate or your experience will be cancelled and you won’t be entitled to a refund;
• Validity: you must use all your credit before the expiry date above. Any remaining unused credit after this time will expire, with no compensation.

• In exceptional circumstances we may need to amend or cancel your booking. If we cancel your booking, you will be entitled to a refund for the cost of this product (our sole liability to you will be a full refund of the product price you paid). If you purchased this product from a third party, your refund request must be processed via that third party;
