Ticket Terms

This ticket is the property of Miral Experiences LLC, the operator of CLYMB™ Yas Island, Abu Dhabi (the 'Attraction'). Your participation in the experience and entry into the Attraction is subject to specific product terms and conditions, our general terms and conditions and those set out below:
The category of your ticket is set out above. You have access to the climbing walls for the amount of time set out below, for the product you have purchased. The walls you have access to depend on the type of ticket you have purchased (and are all subject to availability):

• Beginners: 60 mins access - 3 walls (Level 1): supervised access to Bouldering Wall, Beginner Wall, and/or Intermediate Wall Experience. You must be 4 years old or over to participate in this experience.
• Half Day Access – 5 walls: Unsupervised access for half a day (either 11:30 am – 3:30 pm, or 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm, as selected by you during the booking process). You must be 13 years old or over to participate in this experience. Some walls may not be available to you: access depends on your self-declared skill level (verified by our certified instructors). You require a partner to do top rope or lead climbing.
• 30 minutes before your scheduled start time, please report to reception;
• This experience is only valid on the date and at the time set out above;
• If you miss your slot, or are late, you will lose your entitlement and will not be entitled to a refund;
• Please wear suitable clothing for the activity (sports attire and shoes). You will need to wear a harness over your clothes;
• It is a condition of participation that you sign (or if you are aged 17 or under, your parent or legal guardian signs) the disclaimer form. All participants must undergo a safety briefing;
• Guests aged 11 or under must be supervised by a responsible adult aged 18 or over, throughout the experience;
• Government issued photo ID may be required as proof of age;
• You may not bring food or drinks into the Attraction (1 litre of bottled water is permitted);
• You may reschedule your booking at no additional cost, provided you inform us at least 48 hours in advance, by calling +971 600 511115; Re-booking is subject to availability. Rescheduling your booking with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a charge;
• This ticket is non-exchangeable and non-refundable and is void if altered or damaged;
• Only third parties specifically authorised by us in writing may re-sell or transfer this ticket. Tickets purchased fraudulently, or from an unauthorised third party are void, so please only purchase tickets from reputable sources;
• Participation is at your sole risk and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss, injury or damage sustained in the Attraction;
• In exceptional circumstances we may need to amend or cancel your booking. If we cancel your booking, you will be entitled to a refund for the cost of this product (our sole liability to you will be a full refund of the product price you paid). If you purchased this product from a third party, your refund request must be processed via that third party;
• By booking the experience you confirm you meet the participation conditions set out on our website. You understand that if we later find out you do not meet the participation conditions, your experience will be cancelled, and you will not be entitled to a refund;
• Beginner climbers must wear safety equipment provided by us; this is mandatory and there are no exceptions;
• Experienced climbers can use their own equipment, provided you confirm it is intended for climbing, fit for purpose, in good repair, and manufacturer-certified (as verified in our Equipment Check);
• We may deny admission or remove you from the Attraction at our discretion. The Attraction employs professional instructors who reserve the right to end an experience if they believe the participant may endanger themselves or other members of the public;
• The Attraction is fully inclusive and welcomes people of determination. If any member of your group has specific requirements it is vital that we receive at least 24 hours advance notice, so we can adjust the experience where necessary;

• This product is available to entry level climbers
• This a group course, which will last for approximately 4.5 hours (including a 30 minute break)
• You must be 13 years old or over to participate in this experience. Please refer to the general instructions below on suitable clothing and footwear while climbing.
• Course brief: By the end of the course successful participants will be able to Auto Belay and Boulder confidently and competently without supervision or further training at facilities with the auto belay systems CLYMB™ Yas Island, Abu Dhabi uses, and will have been provided with the knowledge and experience to take the CLYMB™ Yas Island, Abu Dhabi L2 assessment. The course includes teaching and practical implementation of the methods taught.
• You will purchase a course voucher. You can book in your course when paying for the experience, or you can choose to book it in later. Please refer to our schedule to see available dates and times.
• Following completion of the course, you will be invited to return to CLYMB™ Yas Island, Abu Dhabi on a separate day to complete a skill check assessment to confirm you have passed the course. The assessment is independent of the course.
• Please note that no refunds or partial refunds will be issued if you do not complete the entire course.

You have purchased a First Time Flyer ticket. The number of flights you have purchased is set out above. The length of your whole experience is approximately 90 mins which includes check-in, gearing up, training and safety briefing and your flight. Please be aware that each flight is typically about 60 seconds in length.

If you have booked in your session; the following terms apply:

• This experience is only valid on the date and at the time set out above. If you miss your slot, or are late, you will lose your entitlement and will not be entitled to a refund;
• Please bring a print out of this e-ticket with you and proceed to the main reception, 60 minutes before your scheduled start time. We reserve the right to verify your identity, so please bring original government issued photo ID, or the credit card you used to purchase the ticket.

If you haven’t booked in your session, the following terms apply:

• You can book your sessions online, or by calling +971 600 511115. Walk-in appointments may also be possible. Bookings are subject to availability.
• You must book in and redeem your session within 9 months of issuance, or your entitlement will expire, without compensation.

• Please wear suitable clothing for the activity (sports attire and shoes). You will need to wear a harness over your clothes
• You have made a group booking, and therefore all participants must use this ticket redeem their tickets together
• It is a condition of participation that you sign (or if you are aged 17 or under, your parent or legal guardian signs) the disclaimer form. All participants must undergo a safety briefing
• Guests aged 11 or under must be supervised by a responsible adult aged 18 or over, throughout the experience
• Government issued photo ID may be required as proof of age

• You may not split the booking. You may reschedule the entire group booking at no additional cost, provided you inform us at least 48 hours in advance, by calling +971 600 511115; Re-booking is subject to availability. • Use of mobile phones and devices are permitted to capture your experience; however, you must strictly respect the privacy of other guests in what you record or photograph. We may remove you from the event if you do not comply with this.
• There are certain areas on high platforms where you may be visible to the outside world. Please access these areas only if you accept this risk.

You have purchased combo package which includes a 2 minute First Time Flyer experience and 60 mins access - 3 walls (Level 1): supervised access to Bouldering Wall, Beginner Wall, and/or Intermediate Wall. You must be 4 years old or over to participate in this experience

• 30 minutes before your scheduled start time, please report to reception;
• This experience is only valid on the date and at the time set out above;
• If you miss your slot, or are late, you will lose your entitlement and will not be entitled to a refund;
• Please allow around 4 hours for the whole experience, including checking-in time and briefing
• Please wear suitable clothing for the activity (sports attire and shoes). You will need to wear a harness over your clothes;
• It is a condition of participation that you sign (or if you are aged 17 or under, your parent or legal guardian signs) the disclaimer form. All participants must undergo a safety briefing;
• Guests aged 11 or under must be supervised by a responsible adult aged 18 or over, throughout the experience;
