The Friends and Family offer gives you and your squad a chance to experience the thrill of indoor skydiving, and save at the same time.

Your experience includes (for every participant)

• 2 flights with pre-flight training and safety briefing
• Flight Gear Rental
• One-on-One Flight Instruction
• Degear and debrief

This experience is available for 3 year olds and above, for a minimum of 4 guests.

• Please bring a print out of this e-ticket with you and proceed to the main reception. We reserve the right to verify your identity, so please bring original government issued photo ID, or the credit card you used to purchase the ticket
• This ticket is the property of Farah Experiences LLC, the operator of CLYMB™ Abu Dhabi (the “Attraction”). Your participation in the experience and entry into the Attraction is subject to specific product terms and conditions, our general terms and conditions and those set out below:
• Offer only valid for UAE Nationals and UAE Residents. You will need to bring original valid Emirates ID for each guest redeeming a ticket;
• You have purchased a ‘Friends and Family’ First Time Flyer ticket for your group. You each have a separate ticket is valid for the number of people specified above (check this). This and all tickets must be redeemed together. The number of flights per person that you have purchased is set out above. The length of your whole experience is approximately 90 mins which includes check-in, gearing up, training and safety briefing and your flight. Please be aware that each flight is typically about 60 seconds in length.
• 60 minutes before your scheduled start time, please report to reception
• This experience is only valid on the date and at the time set out above. If you miss your slot, or are late, you will lose your entitlement and will not be entitled to a refund
• You have made a group booking, and therefore all participants must use this ticket redeem their tickets together
• It is a condition of participation that you sign (or if you are aged 17 or under, your parent or legal guardian signs) the disclaimer form. All participants must undergo a safety briefing
• Guests aged 11 or under must be supervised by a responsible adult aged 18 or over, throughout the experience
• Government issued photo ID may be required as proof of age
• You may not bring food or drinks into the Attraction (1 litre of bottled water is permitted)
• You may not split the booking. You may reschedule the entire group booking at no additional cost, provided you inform us at least 48 hours in advance, by calling +971 600 511115; Re-booking is subject to availability. Rescheduling your booking with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a charge;
• This ticket is non-exchangeable and non-refundable and is void if altered or damaged
• Only third parties specifically authorised by us in writing may re-sell or transfer this ticket. Tickets purchased fraudulently, or from an unauthorised third party are void, so please only purchase tickets from reputable sources
• Participation is at your sole risk and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss, injury or damage sustained in the Attraction
• In exceptional circumstances we may need to amend or cancel your booking. If we cancel your booking, you will be entitled to a refund for the cost of this product (our sole liability to you will be a full refund of the product price you paid). If you purchased this product from a third party, your refund request must be processed via that third party
• By booking the experience you confirm all participants meet the participation conditions set out on our website. You understand that if we later find out you do not meet the participation conditions, your experience will be cancelled, and you will not be entitled to a refund
• All experiences require you to wear safety equipment provided by us; this is mandatory and there are no exceptions;
• We may deny admission or remove you from the Attraction at our discretion. The Attraction employs professional instructors who reserve the right to end an experience if they believe the participant may endanger themselves or other members of the public
• The Attraction is fully inclusive and welcomes people of determination. If any member of your group has specific requirements it is vital that we receive at least 24 hours advance notice, so we can adjust the experience where necessary

• If your ticket states that you have purchased a media add-on, the following terms apply
• We will give you access to download your footage shortly after your flight; if you enter your email address in the disclaimer, we will send you a link by email. Otherwise, you can access the footage on our media kiosk using the voucher code above.
• All members of your group will be able to access all group footage
• We do not guarantee the availability or quality of footage of your experience
• In the event footage is completely unavailable, we will refund the amount paid by you for the media add-on. We will not refund other costs to you
• We provide you with a limited license to use footage, media product terms and conditions apply

Special Terms and Conditions Relating to Covid-19

For the health and wellbeing of our guests, the following special terms and conditions apply until further notice:

• Guests will undergo thermal scanning prior to entering the Attraction;
• Guests will undergo visitor disinfectant walkthrough tunnel prior entering the Attraction;
• Guests must wear face masks and disposable gloves inside the Attraction at all times, except where removal is required by our staff for safety reasons;
• Guests must keep a minimum of 2 meters social distance from others (except for families who live in the same household);
• Additional restrictions may apply in certain areas/experiences;
• Certain experiences and products may not be available. Closures and changes to operating hours may occur, please check the Attraction website for the latest information before you travel;
• We reserve the right to deny admission, or remove you from the Attraction (without a refund), if you fail to follow the safety rules.

Each participant must be 4 years old or over to participate in this experience
• 30 minutes before your scheduled start time, please report to reception
• This experience is only valid on the date and at the time set out above
• Please wear suitable clothing for the activity (sports attire and shoes). You will need to wear a harness over your clothes
• You have made a group booking, and therefore all participants must use this ticket redeem their tickets together
