• The Offer is only available to People of Determination with a valid government issued People of Determination ID. Please bring this ID with you on the pre-selected date and time.
• How to purchase: The Offer is available at gate at CLYMB ticketing counter.
• Eligibility: This offer is available for all markets.
• You may reschedule your booking at no additional cost, provided you inform us at least 48 hours in advance, by calling +971 600 511115; Re-booking is subject to availability. Rescheduling your booking with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a charge.
• This ticket is non-exchangeable and non-refundable and is void if altered or damaged.
• This Offer excludes experiences that are subject to additional cost and all other categories of admission.
• This Offer is not valid on UAE public holidays and special events at the Attraction, or on other blackout dates defined by us.
• This Offer is not available in conjunction with any other promotion, discount or offer.
• Tickets for personal use only. Tickets are not refundable or exchangeable and are void if sold or exchanged for commercial gain.
